If you are suffering and in need of hope please read this book and share with others.
I have suffered for nearly 40 years from traumatic child hood experiences. I have engaged in self destructive behavior trying to cope, but I only ended up hurting myself and the ones I love. This book has opened up issues for me and my past that long have been there but pushed down. PTSD, trauma from childhood and current relationships. I have only been reading for about 1 month now but already see a difference with God's help and this wonderful book! I recommend anyone who has trauma or PTSD to read this and begin your journey of healing!
